Abstract
La démocratie agit pour le peuple et par le peuple. Cette relation est souvent laborieuse, ce qui s’explique par une structure dépassée qui se doit d’être réformée. En renforçant la qualité de la classe dirigeante, en rapprochant les Québécois et leurs élus ainsi qu’en assurant la présence de candidats de renom à l’Assemblée nationale, nous effectuons les premiers pas d’un exercice de réforme des institutions qui ne peut qu’être bénéfique. Les réflexions et propositions présentées ici sont certes ambitieuses, mais non pas irréalisables.
