Abstract
Dans cet article, nous analysons l'utilisation d'un ordinateur portable par des soignants en soins à domicile à partir de témoignages recueillis au cours des années 2005-2006. Nous mettons en lumière le sens qu'ils accordent à leur utilisation de l'ordinateur portable dans le cadre de leurs activités quotidiennes, ou de leurs routines quotidiennes au domicile même des patients qu'ils rencontrent. Nous montrons que cette utilisation de l'ordinateur portable soulève plusieurs enjeux liés à la pratique soignante en tant que telle et à la communication médiatisée par ordinateur dans la relation qui prévaut entre un soignant et un soigné, particulièrement dans l'environnement complexe des soins de santé à domicile.
