Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

High-resolution Fourier transform and sub-millimetre torsion-rotation spectra of D2O2 have been recorded between 20 and 1200 cm–1. Spectra involving the torsional levels (n,τ) = (0,1), (0,3), (1,1), (1,3), (2,1), (2,3), and (3,1) have been observed and assigned. The Hamiltonian that has been used with success in the analysis of H2O2 surprisingly proved to be inadequate for D2O2 because the smaller torsional spacings give rise to some near resonances with |Δ Ka| = 3 that do not occur in H2O2. Once this extra interaction was included the spectra have been fitted fairly well. The observed levels are too far below the cis-torsional barrier for the staggering of the even and odd K values to be observed. PACS Nos.: 3310, 3320B, 3320E, 3520J, 3520P

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
