Abstract
Dans le cas d'une pandémie de grippe, les hôpitaux et les services de santé communautaires seront surchargés. Afin d'assurer que les services de santé d'importance vitale soient en mesure de poursuivre leur travail, le Plan ontarien de lutte contre la grippe pandémique (POLCGP) assure l'orientation de l'évaluation et du traitement des patients atteints de la grippe, à distance et par la mise en œuvre d'évaluation de rechange, de traitement et de centres d'aiguillage (centres de lutte contre la grippe). Le POLCGP prévoit aussi des outils et des ressources pour les planificateurs de la lutte contre l'épidémie locale afin d'aider à la mise en œuvre de cette stratégie.
