Abstract
Nos soucis et nos intérêts contemporains pour le phénomène de la créativité proviennent de sources multiples. Il en est une qui, aux yeux de l’auteur de cet article, semble particulièrement révélatrice des aspirations profondes de l’homme d’aujourd’hui : elle concerne son besoin de sens et de significations ultimes. La créativité — vue ici dans une perspective « philosophique » — est soupçonnée de posséder des propriétiés essentielles dont les similitudes avec les caractéristiques d’un être en crise, d’un homme en crise, sont d’une fécondité exceptionnellement éclairante pour la compréhension de la crise de l’homme contemporain. Cet article représente le premier d’une série de trois.
