Abstract
La littérature relative à la gestion environnementale suppose l’existence de trois motivations écologiques majeures : les motivations relationnelles, économiques et éthiques. Néanmoins, peu d’importance est accordée à leur processus d’émergence. Ainsi, cette recherche vise trois objectifs. Le premier est d’identifier les motivations écologiques des entreprises tunisiennes. Le deuxième est de comparer les motivations écologiques des PME et des GE. Le troisième est de proposer, à partir de l’enquête, un processus évolutif des motivations écologiques. Par conséquent, une enquête est réalisée sur huit cas, dont six PME, avec 35 entretiens semi-directifs. Les résultats montrent que les motivations écologiques sont essentiellement de nature relationnelle. Aussi, un modèle d’évolution des motivations écologiques en trois étapes est proposé, qui est fonction de la taille de l’entreprise.
