La bibliographie sur les rapports entre l'homme l'animal est immense. Nous avons retenu ici surtout des titres rcents en franais et en anglais pouvant permettre de prolonger la rflexion sur les principaux aspects abords dans le prsent numro, sans chercher tre exhaustifs ou proposer une documentation sur des questions trop spcialises. Les ouvrages et articles ont t classs d'aprs leur contenu principal, selon six catgories gnrales. La prfrence a t donne la traduction franaise des ouvrages en langues trangres, quand elle est disponible. Lorsqu'un livre a t rdit, c'est l'dition la plus rcente porte notre connaissance qui est indique.
