Résumé Alors que les technologies et les modes d’organisation du travail transforment souvent brutalement les univers de travail, qu’en est-il des espaces d’action du mouvement syndical ? Les références à une action transnationale maintes fois invoquée seraient-elles en train de se concrétiser ? Après avoir mis en évidence les avancées mais aussi les limites de dispositifs institutionnalisés transfrontaliers voire supranationaux, l’analyse d’une expérience portée par les acteurs syndicaux d’une multinationale canadienne mettra en lumière la pertinence d’initiatives combinant des actions territorialisées.
