Abstract
Le présent article n 'est qu'une première approche au noyau essentiel du rapport intitulé : Transformations du travail et devenir du droit du travail en Europe, connu aussi sous le nom de « rapport Supiot », qui expose le cadre dans lequel apparaît cette étude, les axes principaux et les réflexions qui y sont contenues, de même que les orientations qui s'y traduisent, permettant au lecteur de connaître en grande partie le contenu de ce rapport élaboré par un groupe d'experts juristes, économistes et sociologues originaires de divers pays de l'Union européenne, et qui aborde un aspect aussi important que le futur du travail. Loin d'être un document circonscrit au lieu géographique où il a été élaboré, son contenu s'extrapole à la grande majorité des systèmes occidentaux de relations du travail, cary peuvent être partagés plusieurs des problèmes abordés et des réflexions incluses.
