Abstract
Cet article s’intéresse aux facteurs pouvant influencer la satisfaction des cadres à l’égard de l’équilibre entre temps personnel et temps professionnel. Il présente les résultats d’une enquête menée par la CFDT Cadres auprès de cadres français. Le premier constat reflète une insatisfaction généralisée des participants face à l’équilibre des temps. En second lieu, l’équilibre des temps semble plus lié à des facteurs professionnels – la charge de travail ressentie, le manque d’autonomie pour prendre ses jours de congés, le temps de trajet entre le lieu de travail et le domicile ainsi que le débordement du travail sur le temps personnel – qu’à des facteurs individuels – âge et sexe.
