Abstract
L’article explore les vecteurs du non-recours au Revenu de solidarité active (RSA) du point de vue de l’usager. La première partie interroge la dimension du « connaître » dans l’analyse du non-recours, qui repose sur la prise de conscience de son éligibilité. La seconde explore la dimension du « vouloir », qui englobe l’adaptation de la prestation aux besoins, son caractère stigmatisant et les craintes ou réticences associées aux systèmes d’aides, ainsi que la dimension du « pouvoir », renvoyant aux difficultés et à la disponibilité des personnes à faire les démarches.
