Abstract
Résumé Cette étude analyse le bavardage dans certaines pièces de Marie Laberge (C'était avant la guerre à l'Anse à Gilles, Deux Tangos pour toute une vie, Oublier, Le Banc, Jocelyne Taidelle trouvée morte dans ses larmes, L'Homme gris.) dans la perspective de l'approche bourdieusienne. On peut considérer le bavardage comme une forme impensée du discours social, forme par laquelle l'hégémonie discursive s'exprime in absentia soit par la dénonciation doxique, soit par sa confirmation paradoxale qu'implique le vide du contenu. En d'autres termes, le théâtre de Laberge, rempli d'une socialite discursive, exprimerait, par le trop-plein du discours, l'échec de toute tentative de libération individuelle; ce même discours social absorberait toute subjectivité, transformant le sujet en objet de sa parole réifiée, tautologique, et capturée par l'allégorèse discursive (Angenot).
