Abstract
Cette recherche examine l'impact du différentiel de pouvoir perçu et de la différenciation cognitive sur les stratégies et les résultats d'une négociation en situation d'asymétrie du pouvoir. Un modèle fondé sur la dynamique de pouvoir et l'approche source/cible est proposé puis testé empiriquement en utilisant des négociations simulées. Les résultats mettent en évidence que la stratégie de négociation de la source est influencée par ses capacités de différenciation cognitive tandis que la stratégie de négociation de la cible dépend de sa perception du différentiel de pouvoir.
