Abstract
Ce texte vise à évaluer le potentiel explicatif de quatre cadres théoriques empruntés au champ des Relations internationales afin d’étudier l’influence du système international dans l’évolution politique des régimes semi-autoritaires. Le cas des révolutions de couleur, qui sont survenues en Géorgie, en Ukraine et au Kirghizstan entre 2003 et 2005, sera étudié afin de comprendre l’influence relative des facteurs internationaux dans l’évolution de ce type de régime. Ces cadres théoriques placent au centre de leur analyse des mécanismes de transmission différents : l’influence idéologique stratégique d’acteurs extérieurs sur la scène nationale, ou les échanges normatifs entre les acteurs des sociétés civiles nationale et transnationale, ou encore le transfert normatif des organisations occidentales vers les régimes semi-autoritaires, ou enfin l’interaction stratégique entre les paliers national et international.
