Abstract
Cet article explore et discute la façon dont des éducateurs mobilisent leurs ressources dans l’action. La cadre méthodologique et théorique proposé est celui de l’analyse de l’activité, à partir d’une approche d’intervention clinique. Nous avons filmé deux éducateurs d’un foyer pour jeunes auxquels nous avons proposé de faire des autoconfrontations dans ses deux phases simple et croisée. L’analyse de ce matériel se centre sur le développement de l’activité et met en évidence que le point de vue de l’action située représente une voie prometteuse pour un renouvellement démocratique des pratiques.
