Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In order to access the overdoped regime of the ${\mathrm{YBa}}_{2}{\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}{\mathrm{O}}_{y}$ phase diagram, 2% Ca is substituted for Y in ${\mathrm{YBa}}_{2}{\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}{\mathrm{O}}_{y}$ $(y=7.00,6.93,6.88,6.76).$ Raman scattering studies have been carried out on these four single crystals. Measurements of the superconductivity-induced renormalization in frequency $(\ensuremath{\Delta}\ensuremath{\omega})$ and linewidth $(\ensuremath{\Delta}2\ensuremath{\gamma})$ of the $340\ensuremath{-}{\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ ${B}_{1g}$ phonon demonstrate that the magnitude of the renormalization is directly related to the hole concentration p and not simply the oxygen content. The changes in $\ensuremath{\Delta}\ensuremath{\omega}$ with p imply that the superconducting gap $({\ensuremath{\Delta}}_{\mathrm{max}})$ decreases monotonically with increasing hole concentration in the overdoped regime, and $\ensuremath{\Delta}\ensuremath{\omega}$ falls to zero in the underdoped regime. The linewidth renormalization $\ensuremath{\Delta}2\ensuremath{\gamma}$ is negative in the underdoped regime, crossing over at optimal doping to a positive value in the overdoped state.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
