Abstract
Les études portant sur la poésie contemporaine sont peu nombreuses parce que ce genre littéraire, plus qu'aucun autre, a été le lieu de l'exercice d'une avant-garde qui en a profondément bouleversé la pratique. Pourtant, à y regarder de plus près, on constate que le champ de la poésie a été trop souvent examiné à partir d'un effet de cadrage institutionnel qui a mis à l'avant-plan ces textes dits de recherche, autrement nommés «Nouvelle écriture». Nous avons voulu ici revisiter les lieux devenus communs de l'avant-garde poétique et aller vers ces avenues négligées des discours poétiques plus classiques, mais aussi celles qui, d'une certaine manière, ont essaimé à partir de l'avant-garde pour explorer des voix/voies tout à fait autres. Il s'agit ni plus ni moins d'établir la topographie de ces zones de la création poétique, de dégager les caractéristiques essentielles d'un nouveau paradigme esthétique.
