Abstract
Résumé Dans les domaines de la gestion et de l’économique, les conséquences de la mondialisation de l’économie et des échanges commerciaux est soulevée régulièrement. L’une de ces conséquences est la sous-traitance de tâches consenties par un donneur d’ordres à un sous-traitant. L’objectif de cet article est de décrire et d’évaluer la portée des principaux mécanismes qui régissent la sous-traitance et qui sont contenus tant dans le Code du travail du Québec imposé aux parties que dans les conventions collectives conclues librement entre ces parties par la négociation.
