L'objet de ce papier est de montrer l'interet des methodes de modelisation d'entreprise, et tout particulierement de la methodologie GRAI, dans le cadre de la reorganisation d'un systeme hospitalier. La nouvelle organisation proposee vise a garantir une meilleure maitrise des depenses, ayant pour consequence de tendre vers une meilleure utilisation des ressources techniques, un meilleur equilibre entre la charge (nombre de patients), les ressources humaines, et la qualification necessaire a la pratique des soins
