Abstract
Le Cathon en francoys est parmi les premiers incunables à sortir des presses lyonnaises à la fin du 15e siècle. Il s’agit d’une traduction en prose sur deux colonnes des Disticha Catonis. L’auteur ajoute aux traductions des sentences latines certaines explications et surtout d’autres citations provenant de la Bible et des grands théologiens.
