Abstract
Résumé Ce texte aborde le quatrième pilier de l’État social, les politiques de soutien à l’activité et à l’emploi. Les économistes postkeynésiens contemporains soutiennent les principes de finance fonctionnelle mis de l’avant par Abba Lerner, dont les fondements sont solidifiés par l’analyse postkeynésienne du processus de création monétaire et de détermination des taux d’intérêt. Certains postkeynésiens proposent aussi un programme d’employeur de dernier recours.
