L’association Cultures du Cœur à Clermont-Ferrand (France) permet à un public en situation de précarité d’accéder à des lieux de culture en sollicitant des places de spectacles (théâtre, cinéma, musée, matchs) auprès des organisations culturelles et sportives qui dépendent de la mairie. En se limitant à l’étude du dispositif en lien avec les entreprises culturelles, l'auteure met en place une chaîne d’observations qui se situe dans le cadre théorique proposé par Serge Paugam relatif aux quatre composantes de la définition du lien social.
