Abstract
Depuis le début de la décennie 2000 la coopération internationale pour le développement s’inscrit dans un processus de changements majeurs. D’une part le financement du développement voit apparaître un nombre croissant d’acteurs privés et publics aux relations multiples, aux objectifs de plus en plus ambitieux, au point d’entrer dans le fonctionnement même des États bénéficiaires. D’autre part, l’aide devient un système axé sur ses résultats, privilégiant la dimension technique au détriment du débat sur la nature et les objectifs des politiques de développement. Cette complexification du paysage de l’aide est abordée en mobilisant les disciplines de la science politique, de l’économie politique et de la sociologie.
