Abstract
Résumé L’État québécois a réalisé à partir de 2004 une importante réforme de l’organisation de ses services de santé et sociaux afin de soutenir une meilleure intégration de ces derniers. La réforme s’est inspirée de travaux importants sur ce thème, notamment en empruntant des composantes d’un modèle conceptuel, mais en délaissant ses composantes méthodologiques. Le présent article vise à illustrer comment un modèle d’intégration des services ne peut être dissocié de ses composantes méthodologiques, au risque de perdre sa valeur innovatrice.
