Abstract
L'article se fonde sur des données recueillies au cours d'une recherche socioanthropologique approfondie menée au Pérou et en Bolivie (dans des zones rurales et urbaines). L'objet est de dévoiler les perceptions concernant le rôle des femmes et les relations de genre, les enjeux, les logiques sociales et les processus de microdécision qui surviennent entre la mère et son conjoint lors de l'épisode de la maladie de l'enfant. On y analyse également les conflits, les alliances et les négociations qui apparaissent entre ceux-ci lorsque l'enfant tombe malade. Des actions liées aux projets de santé sont présentées à t i t r e de propositions opérationnelles en conclusion.
