Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract We explore the nature of ultraluminous X‐ray sources through detailed investigations of their spectral shape using some of the highest quality data available in the XMM‐Newton public archives. Phenomenological models allow us to characterise their spectra, while more ‘physically‐motivated’ models enable us to explore the physical processes underlying these characteristics. These physical models imply the presence of extreme (probably super‐Eddington) accretion on to stellar mass black holes (© 2011 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
