Au plan santé, la mise en place des réseaux se limite souvent à l’implantation de nouveaux modèles organisationnels normatifs de prestations de soins et de services. C’est à partir de cette approche, fondée sur une conception prédéterminée de la manière dont les groupes d’acteurs agissent dans l’organisation et des conséquences qui en ressortent, que l’action en réseau s’entreprend, avec plus ou moins de succès. Afin de permettre de mettre au jour les possibilités concrètes de constitution d’un véritable réseau en action, nous proposons, dans cet article, les conditions aptes à les supporter. Ainsi, ce sont les besoins ressentis par les groupes d’acteurs au fil de leur conduite, la réponse trouvée à ceux-ci lors d’échanges avec les autres ayant des pratiques différentes et la routinisation de ces échanges qui présagent des interfaces réalisables.
