Abstract
L'étude du passage de la société civile à l'État dans la philosophie politique hégélienne révèle l'irruption de deux formes d'inégalité, l'une politique (entre les sujets et les législateurs), l'autre sociale (entre les inclus et les exclus de La Déclaration Universelle des Droits de l'Homme, les exclus équivalant à la classe ouvrière de Marx. En outre, l'analyse du diagnostic posé par Hegel sur la Révolution française permet non seulement de situer la thèse hégélienne entre celles de Platon et de Rousseau, mais surtout de désigner le caractère inadéquat d'une présentation de la philosophie hégélienne comme philosophie soit libérale, soit conservatrice.
