La cinetique de la degradation thermique des schistes bitumineux marocains melanges avec le PEBD a ete etudiee par analyse thermogravimetrique sous atmosphere d'azote. Les experiences ont ete realisees pour differentes vitesses de chauffage (2, 10, 20, 50 K.min ') dans le domaine de temperature 300 - 1273 K. Les resultats obtenus ont montre que la degradation des materiaux se fait en trois etapes principales et l'augmentation de vitesse de chauffe deplace les thermogrammes vers les temperatures les plus elevees. La difference de perte de masse, (Aw) entre les courbes experimentales et theoriques, pour les differentes vitesses de chauffe dans le domaine de temperature 620-820 K est d'environ 8-11 %. Ces resultats experimentaux indiquent qu'il y a une interaction entre les schistes bitumineux et le PEBD lors de la pyrolyse du melange. Les parametres cinetiques (E, A) ont ete determines par la methode de Coats-Redfem. L'energie d'activation de la decomposition de la matiere organique dans le melange (218 kJ/mol) est superieure que celle des schistes bitumineux (44 kJ/mol) et plutot proche de celle du PEBD (294 kJ/mol).
