Abstract
Dans les organisations internationales, le transfert de responsabilités du personnel expatrié vers le personnel local ne va pas de soi. Il se heurte en particulier à des difficultés d’ordre culturel liées aux représentations que les parties se font de la délégation. Cet article présente une recherche-intervention dans une ONG franco-malgache qui a pour but d’accompagner les acteurs dans la compréhension de leurs représentations culturelles de la délégation et dans la construction de nouvelles pratiques favorisant le transfert de responsabilités.
