Abstract
Les homosexuels français face au sida Modifications des pratiques sexuelles et émergence de nouvelles valeurs En plus d'une analyse des modifications des pratiques dans la population homosexuelle française, cet article décrit les changements plus larges en réponse à l'épidémie. Tout d'abord, on observe la généralisation d'une véritable autosurveïllance médicale bien au-delà du recours massif au test de dépistage et qui entraîne une explicitation du rapport entre médecin et homosexuel. Ce phénomène s'inscrit dans un renforcement de l'affirmation de soi en temps de menace, qui se traduit par la recherche non plus de la « différence ». mais de l'égalité des droits civils.
