Abstract
Cet article analyse Faction des groupes de femmes de l'Outaouais, regroupés dans l'Assemblée des groupes d'intervention régionale de l'Outaouais (AGIR), dans le contexte de la régionalisation. À partir du constat que les groupes de femmes ne sont pas nommément interpellés par les cadres régionaux de concertation, sinon en tant que groupes communautaires ou comme récipiendaires ou dispensatrices de services, les auteures expliquent comment ils en sont venus à resserrer les liens entre eux par la formation, l'information et l'échange, et à développer des alliances avec d'autres groupes ainsi qu'avec d'autres femmes présentes à divers titres au sein des instances de concertation régionale.
