Abstract
Alors qu'au niveau international vient de se teminer la 13ième réunion des organes subsidiaires de la CCNUCC (Lyon, France) et que nous nous dirigeons vers la sixième réunion de la conférence des Parties (La Haye, Pays-Bas), au niveau canadien, la prochaine rencontre conjointe des ministres de l'environnement et de leurs collègues de l'Énergie (JMM) s'organise. Lors de cette rencontre, parrainé par le Québec, les ministres vont discuter de l'agenda canadien sur les changements climatiques...
