Abstract
Depuis la fin des années 1960, le Québec a été le théâtre d'un déploiement sans précédent de discours, de revendications et de pratiques féministes.Dans cette mouvance, le mouvement des femmes s'est progressivement imposé comme un acteur significatif de la scène québécoise, en raison même du poids de sa présence sur le terrain, de la pertinence et de la diversité de ses luttes, de la portée de ses pratiques et de la pluralité de ses lieux de mobilisation 1 .À la fois produit de la contestation des femmes à l'égard de l'omniprésence des catégories de sexe dans la structuration/hiérarchisation des rapports sociaux au sein d'une société très longtemps figée dans un conservatisme social et religieux et d'une stricte adhésion à une conception « naturaliste » du destin des femmes, le mouvement des femmes québécois est devenu, au fil des ans, la courroie de transmission de projets intellec-143 Le mouvement des femmes québecois : état des lieux F.
