Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In this work, the partial isothermal section of the Al-Ca-Zn system in the region between 33.3 and 100 at.% Ca has been investigated at 350°C using key alloys. The actual composition of the alloys is measured by inductively coupled plasma technique. Phase relations and solubility limits of the binary and ternary compounds have been determined by means of electron probe microanalysis and X-ray diffraction. In the current work, a new ternary compound has been identified in this region with the Al 9 Ca 31 Zn 10 (IM1) composition. Binary compound Al 14 Ca 13 (IM2) has an extended solid solubility into the ternary system. The homogeneity ranges of the Al 2 Ca, the MgNi 2 -type C36 phase Al 2-x CaZn x (0.28≤x≤0.70) (IM3) at 350°C and CaZn 2 compounds in the pseudobinary Al 2 Ca-CaZn 2 section have been determined at 350°C and the results are combined with the literature to construct the partial vertical Al 2 Ca-CaZn 2 section and partial isothermal Al-Ca-Zn section at 350°C.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
