Abstract
Nous partirons dans cet article du cas d’un patient suivi en médiation thérapeutique groupale par l’improvisation théâtrale pour d’une part exposer le cadre spécifique de cette prise en charge, d’autre part réarticuler les connaissances que nous avons des enfants à troubles du comportement, à la lumière de ce qu’ils expriment au travers du jeu théâtral. Entre la nécessité de prendre en charge les troubles sévères de ces enfants et leur difficulté à supporter toute frustration, nous nous proposons de réfléchir à un mode de soin pour ces patients à troubles du comportement : entre malléabilité et fermeté, véritablement dans l’équilibre de ces deux positions. Par ailleurs, nous mettrons en évidence la nécessité d’un travail pluridisciplinaire autour de ces patients, permettant une alternance entre moments de cadrage, d’écoute individuelle, de vie en groupe.
