L’objectif de notre travail est de développer un système d’aide adaptatif à base de traces d’interaction. Il s’agit de considérer les traces laissées par les utilisateurs comme sources de connaissances que le système peut exploiter pour générer des aides adaptées à leur utilisateur cible. Dans ce cadre, nous avons proposé des modèles permettant de représenter les traces, le profil utilisateur et les connaissances d’adaptation. Nous avons également proposé une méthode d’extraction de connaissances d’adaptation à partir d’une base de traces représentant les activités de plusieurs utilisateurs. Le domaine d’application de notre travail concerne l’aide à l’utilisation d’une plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne dans le cadre de la formation VCIel (Visualisation et conception infographiques en ligne).
