Abstract
L'objectif de ce numero special est de dresser un panorama de la multiplicite des travaux sur la qualite des SI. La variete des themes couverts montre les dimensions tres differentes du concept de qualite. Les quatre premiers articles traitent de l'aspect processus qui inclut la qualite des modeles, des methodes, des demarches ou approches. Le cinquieme article fait le lien avec les deux dernieres parties de ce volume consacrees respectivement a la qualite des donnees et a la qualite de service. Cet article analyse l'influence du processus sur la qualite du produit. Les trois articles suivants s'interessent a la qualite des donnees, composantes essentielles du SI. Enfin, les deux derniers articles traitent de la qualite de service.
