Abstract
Résumé Cet article examine la teneur et la portée analytiques des principaux modèles typologiques de cultures d’entreprise. Bien que ces modèles offrent une lecture intéressante de la réalité culturelle en milieu organisationnel, ils présentent tous la même lacune en matière de potentialité taxonomique. En effet, reposant sur un tableau de contingence 2 x 2 formé par la conjonction de deux variables nominales, ces modèles génèrent des archétypes idéaux impropres à traduire les formes nuancées et hybrides de cultures d’entreprise. Qui plus est, ces modèles typologiques ignorent l’existence d’un facteur ayant une importance primordiale dans le processus de différenciation des cultures d’entreprise, soit la personnalité du leader. Conséquemment, l’article explore les rapports idéaux de concordance – les boucles de rétroaction systémique – pouvant exister entre la psychologie du leader et la culture de son entreprise.
