Abstract
À partir du Stabat Mater II de Normand Chaurette, le présent article montre le mouvement du texte autophage, un « corps-texte » replié sur lui-même, pli phénoménologique qui va à l’infini et animé par un certain rythme musical. Chez Chaurette, les mises en abîme, les multiples répétitions, l’hybridation discursive et générique, viennent complexifier les paroles proférées, mais du même coup s’emparent d’une partie du sens. Les voix du Stabat Mater ne s’appartiennent pas et glissent vers un « infratexte » qui demeure inaccessible, toujours fuyant, enveloppées par la profondeur qu’elles font paraître. Usant de quelques concepts empruntés à la phénoménologie et à la sémiotique peircéenne, en passant par Derrida et Deleuze, cet article tente de mettre à jour le mouvement musical à l’oeuvre dans les écrits chaurettiens, qui encourage le refus de la figuration, la négation de la vérité logocentrique, la place donnée à l’insaisissable, et qui permet au « corps-texte » de se replier sur lui-même dans un geste d’autodévoration infini.
