Abstract
L'arrive massive des technologies d'information et de la communication a boulevers les faons de faire dans de nombreux secteurs d'activits, notamment en raison d'une de leurs proprits essentielles : permettre des personnes d'horizons diffrents, spars dans le temps et l'espace, de collaborer. On a vu ainsi l'mergence de nouvelles formes d'organisations distribues (ou en rseau ), avec des quipes de travail autonomes, parfois multinationales. Des plateformes Web sont mobilises dans le but de coordonner la production mdiatique, de solliciter des opinions et de partager des connaissances. Que ce soit de manire formelle ou informelle, des internautes se runissent et utilisent des ensembles d'outils pour coordonner leurs actions.
