Abstract
Vers un diagnostic transculturel de l'otite moyenne L'étiologie de l'otite moyenne est un problème difficile, que plusieurs décennies de recherches n'ont pas réussi à résoudre. La totalité et la complexité des phénomènes en cause exigent de dépasser les limites factices des champs disciplinaires et de recourir à un modèle théorique qui puisse en rendre compte, soit celui de plusieurs systèmes en interaction. Pour simple que ce raisonnement puisse paraître, il se heurte dans la réalité à de grandes difficultés. L'une d'elles est une règle tacite des chercheurs qui consiste à ne jamais transgresser les frontières de leur discipline. Le but de la démarche est d'ouvrir le débat dans toute sa complexité et de proposer l'élaboration d'une véritable épistémologie de la recherche sur l'otite.
