Abstract
Le concept d’improvisation organisationnelle s’est diffusé pour comprendre comment il est possible d’agir en temps réel dans un contexte d’incertitude et de pression temporelle. Les recherches actuelles soulèvent la question de la mémoire organisationnelle : face à des situations inédites, il s’agit de capitaliser des connaissances, pour explorer des solutions en temps réel. Comment une organisation peut-elle mobiliser ce répertoire de connaissances pour improviser efficacement ? A partir des situations d’improvisation, comment peut-elle le renforcer ? Pour répondre à ces questions, cet article s’appuie sur les résultats de l’étude de cas longitudinale de deux ONG confrontées à une urgence humanitaire.
