Abstract
Les auteurs analysent la confiance territoriale et les questions de communication dans la zone aride, fragile et menacée de Menzel Habib, dans le Sud-Est tunisien. La désertification et les difficultés socio-économiques, le désengagement progressif de l’État et les événements de la révolution tunisienne de 2011 ont amplifié le désarroi de la population. Instaurer un débat avec la population, pallier le défaut informationnel et limiter un blocage communicationnel passent par la reconnaissance d’un statut d’expert à cette dernière et une revalorisation de son savoir trop longtemps négligé.
