Abstract
En France, le ministère de l’Éducation nationale a suscité l’intégration des TIC dans l’enseignement supérieur, par des discours et des structures visant à promouvoir cette intégration, à la rendre visible. Différentes périodes sont ainsi identifiables quant à la manière de promouvoir les TIC. Nous analysons comment se dit cette intégration à partir d’une étude historique. Nous verrons que la récente stabilité terminologique s’accompagne d’un accroissement des logiques de communication à destination des étudiants. La mise en place d’une certification des compétences TIC pour les étudiants dès leur entrée à l’université est un indice d’une banalisation de l’outil technologique qui ne présume cependant pas des conditions d’appropriation.
