Abstract
Résumé Favorisé par un environnement turbulent qui a remis en cause de nombreuses pratiques de gestion et réhabilité des techniques iconoclastes, l’intrapreneuriat apparaît, pour nombre de chercheurs et de praticiens, comme la voie permettant aux organisations de retrouver leur agilité et leur capacité d’innovation. L’intrapreneuriat est assimilé à la manifestation de caractéristiques entrepreneuriales, liées en particulier à l’innovation et à la prise d’initiatives et de risques chez les salariés. Cet article fait un tour d’horizon des principaux travaux de recherche sur l’intrapreneuriat dans les organisations et propose un cadre typologique des comportements organisationnels des acteurs, cadre axé sur la mise en œuvre de l’innovation par les salariés et sur le degré d’autonomie de décision qui leur est accordée. Le texte présente les principales caractéristiques de ces types ainsi que des exemples associés à chacun de ces types, et indique que, pour réussir la mise en œuvre de pratiques intrapreneuriales, les organisations doivent instaurer un contexte favorable à l’éclosion d’initiatives innovantes et procéder à la sélection et à la formation de collaborateurs ayant un fort potentiel intrapreneurial.
