Abstract
Cette étude prend appui sur un déséquilibre affectant graduellement les relations conventionnelles entre les images et les sons dans un segment du film Boy Meets Girl (Leos Carax, 1984). L’auteur tente d’y saisir l’émergence et la transformation d’une structure spatiale en observant, d’une part, les rapports qu’entretiennent le point de vue et le point d’écoute et, d’autre part, les relations que tissent le corps du personnage et le corps du spectateur avec le son. Si une cohérence spatiale se construit sur le réglage de l’écoute sur le regard, ici, la progressive déconstruction de l’espace filmique tient à un espacement de l’oeil et de l’oreille. La poussée de l’écriture filmique entraîne la structure spatiale de l’ordre du lisible vers la mouvance de l’audible.
