Abstract
Résumé La consommation de produits issus du commerce équitable fait croître d’année en année l’intérêt que les distributeurs portent au phénomène. Comment gèrent-ils la distribution de ce type de produits? Quelles sont les différentes motivations et stratégies sous-jacentes à la distribution de ces produits? Avant de répondre à ces questions, cette étude exploratoire définit les facteurs clés de la gestion de la distribution des produits issus du commerce équitable, donnant un cadre aux quatre études de cas présentées par la suite. Cette étude nous permet de proposer une première typologie des différentes stratégies relatives à ces produits, comprenant la diversification, le contraste, la culture d’entreprise et l’idéologie individuelle. Les pratiques de gestion de l’entreprise concernant ces mêmes produits varient également.
