Abstract
En 2005, la loi instaure les Groupes d’entraide mutuelle (gem), ce qui constitue une avancée essentielle par ce qu’elle implique de changement de regard sur les personnes soignées en psychiatrie. Cet écrit tente d’éclairer les fonctions agies par des éducateurs spécialisés investis dans l’association Microsillons : les fonctions d’accueil, phorique et tiers. Elles nous semblent essentielles afin d’aider des personnes fragilisées par des processus pathologiques compliquant leurs relations sociales, à « faire tenir », en position de responsabilité, un collectif associatif en prise avec la cité.
