Abstract
Résumé Peut-on parler de gestion des ressources humaines dans les entreprises artisanales ? Des études menées dans ces entreprises y révèlent une particularité des relations humaines. On peut dès lors s’interroger sur la pertinence d’appliquer à l’artisanat les pratiques constatées dans les PME. Pour lever cette hypothèque, nous proposons d’établir un Mix des Relations Humaines intégrant à la fois des variables internes et externes du système relationnel.
